The project consists of, but not limited to, replacement of water-cooled and CFC containing chillers/compressors with air-cooled, non-CFC containing units. Buildings included are 5000, 10500, 4210 and 4200. Cooling towers are to be demolished and air-cooled chillers installed in their place. Existing screens shall be used where possible and new screens provided where necessary. Multiple screw-type chillers are preferred. Chillers inside the building shall be demolished without damage to the building. Chiller pumps shall be replaced. Magnitude of project is estimated between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Duration of project is 600 calendar days. This is an Unrestricted Procurement. SIC Code 1711 applies.
