The Army requires a contract for the furnishing of all plant, labor, materials equipment and performance required in connection with Replace Flat Roof, Building 1237, Fort Stewart, GA. Work includes but is not necessarily restricted to: Remove existing built up roof and gravel, insulation, wood nailers, metal fascia, gravel stop, and soffit panels. Replace roofing with PVC single ply over tapered rigid insulation over existing roof deck and structure. Details show existing roof structure but there may be deviation, contractor shall work within limits of existing. PVC roofing shall be mechanically attached to roof deck. Fascia, flashing, metal wall flashing shall be fabricated from PVC covered metal. Sic Code for this project is 1761. Project is unrestricted, all responsible businesses may submit a bid. Magnitude of the project is between $100,000 and $250,000. There is a $25 non-refundable charge for the solicitation package. We accept business checks, cashiers checks and money orders.
