Principal features include but are not limited to the following: Remove the existing wood 2x stud walls, and gyp board as indicated on the drawings. Remove and salvage the electrical components (outlets, switches, conduit & wiring). Replace the walls as indicated in the drawings. Provide electrical services to include: wiring, conduit, switches, outlets as required. Provide stairway & railings as indicated in the drawings. Install wall finish as specified. Upgrade female latrine, remove and provide new wall, finish, plumbing fixtures, shower, toilet partitions, and accessories. The estimated issue for this project is July 29, 1997. The project is unrestricted and ranges between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00, subject to the availability of funds. Copy of the bid package may be requested in writing. (0196)
