Smith (502) 798-7834 (Site Code DAKF23) Construct entry signs at various housing areas. Signs shall be constructed of brick veneer on concrete masonry units. Signs shall be set on a reinforced concrete footing. Lettering shall be cast aluminum on stucco. A plaque shall be installed on the sign. Work also includes excavation, grading, sowing and seeding. SIC Code is 1771/$7 Million. The estimated dollar range is between $100,000 and $250,000. Performance time is 30 calendar days for each sign. Award of the contract is subject to the availability of funds. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the "Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this solicitation is Unrestricted; however, solicitation will contain an evaluation preference for SDB concerns.
