Remove two (2) existing condensing units, complete, including all piping back to air handling units. Remove two (2) existing air handling units. Remove existing duct. Existing disconnect switches for existing condensing units and air handling units as well as existing motor starters for air handling units shall be removed and replaced. Remove existing double doors complete with frames and hardware and a new pair of full louvered wood doors with frame shall be installed. Remove existing return air grille and close opening. Construct two new concrete pads for new condensing units. Remove existing steam supply and condensate return lines from existing condensate tank. Install two (2) new 15 ton air cooled condensing units. Install two (2) new 15 ton, direct-expansion coil air handling units. Install new disconnect switches for new air handling units, motor starters and condensate pumps. Install new sheet metal duct with ceiling diffusers. The period of performance is 30 calendar days. Forth coming contract will be firm-fixed price. The estimated range for this project is $25,000 to $100,000. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the "Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" and subsequent award will be subject tot he Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this solicitation is Unrestricted. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, SIC 1711 for this acquisition the average annual receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $7 million.
