Contractor shall provide all plant, materials, equipment, tools and labor required to perform the work necessary to complete the project in accordance with the contract specifications and drawings. Work consists of but is not limited to: Construct and provide approximately 5000 SF paint spray insert with associated equipment required for the proper function of the facility. Demolish existing ventilation system; provide new sewer, water, and steam service to the facility. Install AFFF system, sprinkler system and all supporting piping, equipment and structure to house the equipment. Magnitude is between $1,000,000.00 -- $5,000,000.00. Performance period is 365 calendar days. This is a straddle bid. Solicitation will be available on or about 08 JUL 97 with a BOD of 07 AUG 97. Specifications and drawings will be available on CD ROM only. Format for the specifications is Word 6.0. The drawings are Autocad 12. There may be a cost for the package which will be determined before issuance. Package will be sent upon written request.
