Work shall include, but not be limited to, selective demolition, interior architectural woodwork (casework), steel door frames, wood doors, hardware, gypsum board assemblies including steel studs, ceramic tile, acoustic panel ceilings, sheet vinyl floor coverings, painting, cubicle curtains, wall protection systems, accessories, signs, HVAC modifications, plumbing, fire protection systems, medical gases, and electrical systems. Applicable SIC is 1542 and project estimate is $250,000-$500,000. Solicitation packages available approximately August 8, 1997 -- solicitation package requests must be in writing to the address above and accompanied by a refundable cashiers check or money order (no personal or company checks) in the amount of $50.00 per package and made payable to the Department of Veterans Affairs.
