The system must consist of a vented, evaporative holding vault with a poly lining which is specifically designed to eliminate 75% of the liquid in the holding tank as well as to eliminate odors. It is also designed for flood plane use, which is probably where about 60% of these units will be installed. The vaults must be sealed and poly lined to prevent any sewage spills. The wall must be 3 1/2" concrete, as vandal resistant as possible. These building are for back country sites where there is no electricity, running water, or sewage fields or lines. Building dimensions 84" x 84", door must be 18 ga. steel frame. Toliet must be handicapped riser, fiberglass with stainless steel and have handicapper grab bars. Vault size must be at least 1180 gallons. They are to be engineered to eliminate daily, weekly, or even monthly vault pumping.
