The Agency for International Development (USAID) is issuing a draft solicitation for a Performance Based Indefinite Quantity contract utilizing Cost Plus Incentive task orders for on-call on-site procurement services to provide 1) in-kind commodities, technical services or cash grants to partners implementing Political Transition Grants (PTG), and 2) to procure and deliver supplies and equipment necessary to operationalize field offices. The Office of Transition Initiatives (OTI) requires the implementation of the procurement(s) and delivery under extremely short time frames to facilitate their start-up operations in countries going through political transition.
