Projects assigned to this contract will be located in Corpus Christi, Texas. Work includes architectural services for miscellaneous projects at the Naval Air Station. At a minimum, Architect/Engineer will be required to complete drawings, specifications and cost estimates for standard projects as well as the Solution Order Concepts (SOC) projects. Selection will be made pursuant to the Simplified Acquisition Procedures for A&E actions. An evaluation will be performed on the qualification and performance data submitted on SF 254's responding to this announcement along with firms having SF 254's on file. Interested Architect/Engineer firms are invited to: 1. Submit a Standard Form 254, Architect Engineer and Related Services Questionnaire. Firms having a current SF 254 (within 1 year) on file are not required to register this form. However, those firms with 254's on file shall express their interest in being considered for this particular job for their firm. 2.
