Service is to include two preventive maintenance inspections, one system calibration, service calls required prior to and subsequent to scheduled maintenance inspections, training for three Government biomedical maintenance technicians and twenty-four hour over-the-phone technical support for the technicians, seven days a week. All replacement parts, including probes, transducers, cameras and VCR's are to be provided by the contractor. Maintenance will begin 1 OCT 97 and continue for one year. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business.
