Michael Dodd, Code SEA02522, (703)602-7900 ext 568 The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to issue orders on multiple e occasions under a new Basic Ordering Agreement N00024-97-G-5245 with Sperry Marine, Inc., 1070 Seminole Trail, Charlottesville, VA 22901. Orders will be issued for engineering services to support installation of changes, checkout, testing of AN/BPS-16(V) Radar and ancillary equipment. Orders will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). Sperry Marine is the sole producer of the AN/BPS-16(V) Radar, and possess the unique experience and knowledge to perform work that is required by the Government. See Numbered Note(s): 22. (0197)
