Contractor shall do all things necessary to manage and maintain all HUD-owned and Secretary-held single family properties in Broome, Cayuga, Chenango, Cortland, Delaware, Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, Oswego, Otsago, St. Lawrence, Tioga, and Topkins Counties in New York State. Offeror must demonstrate experience in management of single family properties and development of repair specifications and overseeing repair work. Contractor must establish an office within the contract area. Contract is for one year with options to renew for two additional one year terms. Solicitation packages shall be available August 4, 1997 at HUD's the New York Office. There will be a pre-proposal conference at the HUD New York Office at 26 Federal Plaza, Room 32-100 at 10:30 A.M. August 14. 1997. Proposals will be due September 4, 1997 in Room 35-120, 26 Federal Plaza, New York, NY 10278-0068 and shall be reviewed by a Technical Evaluation Panel. THIS IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The standard industrial classification code is 6531. The Small Business Administration size standard is $1,500,000 is average annual sales for the preceding three(3) years. All responsible small business sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Agency.
