This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this procurement is to conduct an analysis of health system changes at the state level using national data bases. The contractor shall: provide programming consultation, select variables and create analytical data sets, conduct various analyses, prepare tables, prepare a draft and final report on the study, and conduct briefings. SAVA Consulting, Inc. is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services. The period of performance is thirty weeks.
