Work consists of the installation of three 50,000 gallon each fuel aboveground storage tanks (AGST) at Hood Army Airfield (HAAF) and two 50,000 gallon AGST at Robert Gray Army Airfield (RGAAF). Work will include replacement of tanks; piping; valves; and fuel pumps. A fire alarm system will also be added. (Work does not include removal of existing underground storage tanks and related piping). The plans and specifications have been placed on Compact Disk (CD-ROM) and will be provided free of charge. Specifications will not be provided in a printed paper hard copy format. Notification of amendments shall be made through either 3.5" diskette, CD ROM, and/or the Internet. The Government intends to issue this solicitation through the use of CD ROM and the Internet. However, the Government reserves the right to use only the Internet as notification of any changes to this solicitation.
