The work includes labeling manholes, sealing conduits, replacing the existing lid and frames with hinged lids, installing new destination tags, installing additional ground rods with boxes, seal conduits, replacing splices, revise grading, placing manhole numbers on the lids, filling two pole holes and furnishing as-constructed drawings.
