The work for this project occurs within an existing building (approximately 115,000 square feet) which is occupied and will continue to be occupied during the course of construction. Estimated construction cost is $2,500,000 to $3,000,000. Construction completion time is 330 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Evaluation criteria to be used in determining the award are: Experience-minimum of five (5) years in the industry, past performance for similar work, financial capability, price and company organization. Successful offeror will be required to submit Performance and Payment Bonds at the time of award. A 20% Proposal Guarantee Bond will be required with submittal.
