Interior renovations include carpet replacement, new wall finishes, replacement of the HVAC system, electrical alteration including the fire alarm system and replacement of non-fire rated doors in the corridor. This solicitation includes bid options for additional work. Critical path method (Network Analysis System) is required. For this job, a small business is defined as having average annual receipts of less than $17,000,000 for the past three years.
