This solicitation invites proposals for work to be done at the Memphis, TN Bulk Mail Center with a base contract requirement to remove (2) existing 1140 ton chillers, starters, existing (2) pumps, related piping and all related controls. Install (2) new 1200 ton chillers, starters, (2) pumps, new piping, fans and DDC chiller plant automation system. There are three (3) Alternate prices (to be accepted at the option of the USPS) for: DDC control systems for multizone air handling units; computer room units; rooftop units; replace valves; install chillers and starters with 2800 GPM-150HP pumps, etc. Contractor will be required to coordinate and phase actual work Nov. 1 -- April 15.
