Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary for the construction of a pump house with fire pump and propane engine with associated pressure tanks, piping, valving, controls, chlorination equipment, and miscellaneous electrical work. The project also includes two 16,000 gal glass- fused-to-steel water tanks, approximately 1,000 lineal feet of 4-inch PVC water line, approximately 1,630 lineal feet of 6-inch PVC water line, 5 hydrants, 200 lineal feet of conduit with conductors, and propane tank. Remove existing pump and accessories and destroy existing well. Estimated price range of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. A limited number of solicitation packages is available on a first-come, first-served basis until the supply is exhausted. There will be no charge for the solicitation package, however only one copy will be furnished to each requesting party.
