This project includes building demolition, cast-in-place concrete, self-leveling underlayment; provide and install metal stairs; insulation, siding; standard steel doors and frames, flush wood doors, vinyl clad double-hung wood windows; suspended acoustic ceiling, resilient flooring, painting; exterior siding to be stained; plastic toilet partitions; shades; interior luminaries, automatic fire detection and alarm system, and communications distribution. The term of the contract will be for one year with a Government option to extend for one (1) option year. Project magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. A 20% bid bond is required.
