The project encompasses repair of the existing gang latrines for Bldgs 155, 156, 157, and 158 at Schofield Barracks. The project involves the removal and replacement of all plumbing fixtures, doors, shower stalls, toilet partitions, lavatory counters, wainscot, drains, light fixtures, floors and ceilings. The estimated cost of the proposed project is between $1 million and $5 million. Solicitation to be issued O/A August 5, 1997. Documents be available at $68.00 per set of specifications and full-size drawings. Single copies of specifications alone may be purchased by interested applicants for $22.00.
