Oswalt, Contracting Officer The Air Force Development Test Center intends to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source, firm-fixed priced contract under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, to Excaliber Systems Inc., P.O. Box 656839, Fresh Meadows, NY 11365, (516)327-0000 for the purchase of Test/Simulator Boards, P/N EXC-1553 PC/E-V. This board acts primarily as a bus controller monitoring data traffic and in-flight data simulation of the defensive avionics systems on board heavy bomber aircraft. This is a full size "AT" board which includes menu driven software and "C" library packages written specifically for the Excaliber card. The card also provides extended memory.
