This RFP was released in two parts as a combined synopsis/solicitation on 24 Jun 97 in the Commerce Business Daily (CBD) under Special Notices. Part 1 CBD Cite # is W-175 SN088411 and Part 2 CBD Cite # is W-175 088461. Amendment 01 was issued on 8 Jul 97 in the CBD, Cite # is W-189 SN093517. Copies of the solicitation, amendments and supporting documents can be obtained from the below noted Internet address. The RFP is for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information located on the world wide web at the following Internet address, http://www.pixs.wpafb.af.mil/pixs/pixslibr/ACES/ACES.asp. Both announcements constitute the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The purpose of this announcement is to inform potential offerors that as additional information for offerors is generated it will be placed on the Internet site noted above. This will include response to offeror's questions, clarification of solicitation provisions, and any other information that needs to be provided to offerors.
