The HUD District of Columbia Field Office is seeking single family appraisal services for Northern Virginia, Washington D.C., and Prince Georges and Montgomery Counties. Request for Quotations (RFQ) will be issued on a 100% small business set aside basis on or about 8-4-97. RFQ will include a base year plus two option years. One or more indefinite quantity contracts may be awarded. SIC Code 6531 is applicable. Offerors must have all necessary state and federal licenses.
