Contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, and other items and services necessary to perform the grounds maintenance as defined in the Performance Work Statement at Military Family Housing common areas and a few of the uncommon areas on Hurlburt Field, Florida and in Commando Village, Mary Esther, Florida. Type of contract anticipated is a firm fixed price contract with a one-year base period and two one-year renewal options. The proposed contract is a 100% small business set-aside. See Note 1. The solicitation will be issued on or about 4 August 1997 with proposals due on or about 4 September 1997. A site visit is tentatively scheduled for 20 August 1997.
