The proposed procurement is under a 100 percent small business set aside, the size standard for which is a concern, including its affiliates, having an average annual sale or receipts for its three preceding fiscal years is not in excess of $12,000,000. This solicitation will be issued approximately 06 August 1997. Previous history on these requirements is provided, however it is not the same requisition. AFIT estimated monthly amount is $23,000.00, Area B's estimated monthly amount is $69,000.00. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered.
