Items currently being recycled at NAS include all grades of paper (separated), aluminum cans and corrugated cardboard. Additional items to be recycled may include plastics, glass, wood pallets, wood crates, bi-metal cans and steel cans. The Government comtemplates award of a one base year contract with options for an additional four years. Response to this RFP will be due on or about 25 August 1997. Any responsible offeror may submit a proposal, which will be considered by the Government. This advertisement does not commit the Government to award of a contract.
