substantial demolition of existing units including asbestos and lead
paint abate- ment, total structure removal except for foundations,
slab-on-grade and some wall framing, removal of existing asphalt
driveways, certain trees, planing of existing asphalt streets and
partial demolition of exposed parts of street drainage structures.
Construction work consists of adding floor area including foundation
and slabs, replacement building construction including structural,
architectural, mechanical and electrical work, addition of garages with
concrete driveways, patios, street resurfacing, drainage structure
repairs, sewer repairs, and house lateral replacement, sidewalk
modifications, landscaping, bike path and tot play areas. Estimated
Construction Cost: $10 -- $15 million. Days for Completion: 540
