The contractor will furnish an estimated quantity of 88.4 ton of crushed aggregate base, concrete removal is a lump sum, 58 linear feet of concrete curb and gutter, 4 combination fountain assembly, 1 each of water tower assembly and drain hatch assembly and 54.2 cubic yards of minor concrete. The contractor willl have 75 days to complete the project after the notice to proceed is issued. Solicitation is a Request for Quotations and will be awarded on a purchase order. Payment protection will be required if award is made in excess of $25,000. Payment protection can be in the form of Irrevocable Letter of Credit, Certificate of Deposit or Payment Bond. See Note 1.
