The work consists of, but is not limited to, the following: (1)remove and replace joint bars and bolt assemblies; (2) remove and replace rail anchors; (3) crop or replace rail as required to adjust for expansion allowance. Performance shall be completed within 45 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. The magnitude of the project is between $250,000 and $500,000. All responsible business concerns may submit a bid which will be considered. The SIC is 1629. There is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 for this solicitation package. The fee must be submitted with written request for copy of the solicitation in the form of a Company Check, Cashier's Check, or Money Order and made payable to TREASURER OF THE UNITED STATES.
