This will include any necessary demolition and removal of sections of existing structures, and the replacement and/or installation of sections of slate shingle roofing, flat roofs with EPDM roofing material, and any and all roofing accessaries and installation of lightning protection equipment, and will be in accordance with the supplied specifications and contract drawings. This Solicitation is available for Full and Open competition. The cost range for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. All requests for Solicitation packages (Bid Packages) must be in writing, and must give entire company name, company address, the name of a contact person, the company telephone number and a facsimile number.
