This project is to convert the existing wet pipe sprinkler systems to preaction sytems in Building 100 and Building 142 at New Boston Air Station, Amherst, NH. Included is the demolition and removal of a halon fire suppression system in Building 142 and the replacement of miscellaneous suspended ceilings, carpet, and finishes in the two buildings. The period of performance will be 120 calender days. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000.000 and $250,000.00. This is a firm fixed price contract.
