The Army requires a contract for the furnishing of all plant, labor, materials equipment and performance required in connection with Re-Roof Building 643, Fort Stewart, GA. Work includes but is not necessarily restricted to: Install a 60 mil. Reinforced PVC single ply roof over 1" polyisocyanurate recovery board over existing built-up roof. Replace fascia, gutters and down spouts, flashing, equipment flashing, with bronze PVC covered metal and other miscellaneous items that may be exposed to view from ground level. Replace all wood nailers with pressure treated wood. Install additional curb material so that all mechanical equipment will have a minimum curb height of 12" above the roof. Performance time is 90 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Sic Code for this project is 1761. Project is unrestricted, all responsible businesses may submit a bid. Magnitude of the project is between $25,000 and $100,000. There is a $25 non-refundable charge for the solicitation package. We accept business checks, cashiers checks and money orders.
