The work includes demolition of existing walls and partitions, roofing and removal of interior finishes; abatement of asbestos containing materials and lead paint; limited extensions of existing ground floor slab, load bearing steel stud exterior walls w/exterior insulation finish system, roofing, masonry work, interior steel stud partitions, floor, wall and ceiling finishes, mechanical and electrical systems; temporary removal of existing through-wall HVAC units and reinstallation. The magnitude of the project ranges between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Period of performance is 480 calendar days per building.
