Sherikon, Inc., a subcontractor under a contract for the U.S. Army Materiel Development Activity (Contracting Officer's Representative, Mr. Cecil Hathaway, (301)619-7584), is seeking to identify sources that are currently supplying, producing, or developing Medical Oxygen Generation Equipment capable of producing between 5 liters per minute of gaseous oxygen and 1.5 tons per day of liquid oxygen (LOX) (equivalent to about 713 liters per minute of gaseous oxygen). Also seeking to identify sources that are currently supplying, producing, or developing equipment for delivering medical oxygen to patients that is designed to be oxygen conserving or oxygen efficient, such as Demand Oxygen Controllers. The Army is not interested in oxygen storage technologies such as cylinders or LOX tanks. This survey is not a Request for Proposal and the Government will not award a contract based on the information received as a result of this announcement.
