In order to achieve the speeds necessary to rapidly sum the individual digitizes signals we must have a PC workstation with a PCI bus which operates at 40-132 Mbytes/sec with the 100 MHZ boards intergrated in the CPU. It is the Governments belief that Signatec boards are the only commercially available digitizer operating at the necessary speed of (100 MHZ or higher) with the required increase of vertical resolution (>8 bites). This is not a solicitation for competitive proposals.
