Calabro, Contracting Officer 202/305-7331 UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc. intends to enter into a one year requirement type contract for UNICOR, Lompoc, CA. The items to be ordered are various sizes of white, white-opaque, and cream color paper. The paper will be ordered via individual delivery orders and delivery will be required within 5 to 10 days after receipt of the order depending on the quantities ordered. This requirement will be awarded to three contractors. Each delivery order will be competed with the three contractors when supplies are needed. The quotes will be evaluated and the delivery order will be awarded to the contractor who best meets the Government's needs at that time. The period of performance will be from date of contract award through one year thereafter. Delivery will be FOB Destination to UNICOR, Lompoc, CA. The proposals will be evaluated by Best Value criteria: Price, Past Performance, Delivery, and Technical.
