The US Dept. of HUD is soliciting a Request For Proposal for the monitoring of Real Estate Asset Managers (REAM) for the Single Family Housing Division of the New York Office. This will be a fixed-price indefinite quantity contract for one year with two one-year options to renew. The NY Field Office jurisdiction covers the five boroughs of NYC, Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester, Putnam, Orange, Rockland, Sullivan, Dutchess, and Ulster. The government shall order a minimum of 300 and a maximum of 1000 inspections in each year of the contract. See Note #1. Solicitation packages will be available on or about August 8, 1997.
