The U.S. Postal Service is soliciting proposals for a new construction owned facility to be called the Apple Valley Branch Post Office in Saint Paul, Minnesota. The value of the work is estimated to be between $3.5M and $3.6M. Description of the work: Construct a U.S. Postal Customer Service Facility of approximately 25,000 sq. ft and enclosed carrier garage of approximately 16,500 sq. ft. Steel frame and CMU bearing walls, steel stud/brick/metal panel exterior, EPDM roofing, steel stud/gypsum board interiors, ceramic and porcelain tile, carpet, vct flooring, lay-in tile ceilings, dock equipment, R/T HVAC.
