The work under this contract will encompass the demolition of the existing air handling units and replace with new AHU's and the electrical work associated with the HVAC work, modification/expansion and cleaning of existing duct system. The work also includes the installation of a new fire alarm/suppression system, replacement of acoustic ceilings and architectural renovation associated with the repairs. The estimated cost range for this project is $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. Completion date for this project is 900 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed.
