treatment system for bilge pump-out at Army port facility, involving a
treatment chain employing the following: flow equalization, emulsion
breaking, chemical treatment, dissolved air flotation, tertiary
pressure filtration, and an organoclay absorption effluent polishing
step. The system is designed for a max flow of 25 gpm with a 30,000
gallon storage/equalization tank. A clear, undeveloped, site will be
used. Site utilities are to be included, as well as concrete
containment areas, one for the 30,000 gal tank and one for the process
equipment. Magnitude of this project is estimated between $250,000.00
and $500,000.00. Duration of the project is 240 calendar days. This is
an unrestricted procurement. SIC Code 1629. Solicitation documents are
