Part one consists of painting bulk fuel tanks Numbers 1 through 6 by removing the lead base paint on all exterior surfaces and paint all exterior surfaces as specified. Part two consists of repairing the fuel containment area of bulk fuel tanks Numbers 1 through 6 by installing a Flexible Membrane Liner (FML) with gravel cover on the surface of the the existing containment area. Part three consists of repairing the tank bottoms of bulk fuel tanks Numbers 1, 3, 5, and 6, by removing the existing bottoms and installing new tank bottoms in accordance with API 653 with a Cathodic Protection System. Also involved in this project is the removal and replacement of concrete, steel walkways and fuel piping. A Network Analsis will be required for this project. Magnitude of the project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Duration of the project is 360 calendar days. This is an Unrestricted Procurement. SIC 1542 applies.
