Local Time, September 6, 1997 at Building 22101, Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, CA. SIC -- 1721, Painting and Paper Hanging. The contract minimum guarantee is $15,000 and the estimated price range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The contract term is for a period of 1 year with two option periods of up to one year each. Award is not restricted to small businesses.
