The work includes providing all labor and material to make preparation of existing swimming pool to receive new coating and preparation of wading pool for new ceramic tile surface. Surrounding existing concrete deck shall be prepared to receive new non-slip coating system, color as selected. Replace existing diving board with new aluminum to match existing diving tower. A new freeze resistant shower will replace the existing and will be moved to a new location. The existing coping shall be replaced with new cast stone coping. This project will include incidental related work, complete and ready for use. Completion time will be 120 calendar days. Construction range between $100,000 -- $250,000.
