Award of the contract is "subject to availability of funds". The performance period is 180 calendar days. The magnitude of the project is estimated between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. This acquisition is pursuant to the Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988; therefore, will be solicited on an unrestricted basis. Solicitation will contain an evaluation preference for SDB Concerns. Subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. SIC 1711/$7 Million.
