Estimated price range of the work is between $100,000 and $250,000 -- Copies of the solicitation provided at no charge for the first copy and receipt of $6.00 each additional copy, nonrefundable. The work to be performed under this solicitation consists of removing and disposing of lead base paint from approximately 40,000 square feet of concrete parapet wall and visitor center walls. The parapet walls are on the upstream and downstream faces of the dam. The outside surfaces of both walls are over water or over the powerplant roof, approximately 400 feet below.
