Work in buildings 1,2,4,5,6,7, and 19 will consist of demolition, removal, and/or alteration of existing and installation of new HVAC components. Work in Building 10 will include: removal and disposal of all central plant equipment installations; repair of all roof and wall penetrations; repair of flooring to include patching and painting required by demolition of equipment pads, conduit, and closure of pipe trenches; demolition of cooling tower concrete piers, and appurtenances; repair/replacement of broken doors and windows; pressure cleaning/painting of interior and exterior walls and ceilings. Work also includes asbestos removal and disposal, and other minor incidental items required to provide conversion of designated buildings complete and ready for use. Project is located at the Florida Air National Guard Base, Jacksonville, Fl. Estimated magnitude of construction is $500,000.00 to $1,000,000.00. The Standard Identification Code (SIC) is 1711. The size standard is $7 million. The work will be bid as unrestricted and open to both large and small business participation, firm fixed priced. One single award.
