The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to Schirmer Engineering Corp. for Fire Suppression System Analysis Update for the Main and Annex buildings and Fire Alarm System Anaylsis in the Annex building. All responsible sources who can provide the above requirements shall submit written quotations within fifteen (15) days after this notice appears in the Commerce Business Daily (CBD) and must be technically acceptable to the government. All quotations shall include price; FOB point; delivery date and business size. Requests for RFQ 19-103 must be submitted in writing or facsimile to (202) 874-3135. All written requests must include the firm's size status (i.e., Large, Small, Minority, or Women-Owned). A purchase order will be awarded on the basis of technical factors and price soon after the quotations are received. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business conerns.
