The Coastal Systems Station, Dahlgren Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center, intends to award a contract for the fabrication of 60 each Pyro Cable Assemblies in accordance with NAVSEA Drawing 53711-5267017 and associated drawings. 20 each of the -001, -002 and -- -003 versions of the cable assemblies are required. There will be an option quantity for 20 addtional units of each version in each of the next two (2) fiscal years. ISO 9002, ANSI/ASQC 9002 or MIL-I-45208A equivalent inspection system is required. First Article testing will be required. Delivery of first article to be 120 days after contract award. Production quantities to be delivered 90 days after first article approval. Option quantities to be delivered 120 days after exercise of option. Delivery to be made to Hawthorne, NV. This is a 100% small business set aside.
